Staff Tenure

Job experience and consistency of care are very important components to happy and satisfied Long Term Care residents.  Residents want employees who are skilled and knowledgeable in providing care and services and they want their care and services delivered consistently by the same employees.   Frequent turnover in staff is upsetting to residents and can result in inconsistency and lower level of care and services.

Hatton Prairie Village (HPV) has a high consistency of staff and high job experience. This is a major reason why HPV is a 5-Star rated facility for 13 consecutive years (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services), Best Nursing Homes in U.S. for 10 consecutive years (U.S. News & World Report) and Best Customer Experience Nursing Homes in U.S. for 10 consecutive years (Pinnacle Quality Insight.)v
